Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of order receipt. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item(s) must be unworn, with the original label still attached, and in its original purchase condition.
• Items purchased as a set or received as a free gift with a purchase must be returned as a complete set.
• Items marked as *final sale can only be exchanged or eligible for store credit, unless the item(s) received are faulty.
• Shipping costs associated with the return of the item(s) will not be covered by NEMEAN.CLOTHING unless free returns are available in your country.
• Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the return order.

Returns beyond 30 Days:

Returns requested beyond the 30-day period will be accepted at the discretion of NEMEAN.CLOTHING. In such cases, store credit will be issued for the value of the returned items, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received. Damaged, soiled, or altered returns may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.

Requesting a Return or Exchange:

To initiate a return or exchange, please request a Return Authorization Number (RA) by contacting our Customer Service via email at nemeancc@gmail.com. Once your request is reviewed, you will receive an email containing your RA number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.

When contacting Customer Service, kindly provide the following details for a seamless processing of your return:

• Order number
• Item(s) to be returned
• Reason for the return (refund or exchange). If an item is faulty, please provide specific details.
• For exchanges due to sizing issues, please inform us of your preferred replacement size.

Refunds and Store Credit:

All approved refund requests will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase. If a gift card was used for the order, refunds will be issued as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.

Responsible Returns:

We offer a flexible returns policy, but we do monitor the number of returns made by customers. Continued excessive returns may be flagged. To ensure you receive the correct sizing, please utilize our size guides before ordering. We kindly request not to abuse this policy by ordering multiple (more than 2) of the same or similar items with the intention of returning the majority of your order.
