Eligibility for Refunds:

• The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
• The item(s) must be unworn, with the original label still attached, and in its original purchase condition.
• Items purchased as a set or received as a free gift with purchase must be returned as a complete set.
• Item(s) marked as *final sale are only eligible for store credit or exchanges, unless the item(s) received are faulty.

Return Process:

To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:

• Contact our Customer Service team via email at nemeancc@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
• Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing your RA number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Return Shipping:

• For orders shipped within Australia, we offer free return shipping. Simply use the provided return label and drop off the package at your nearest postal service.
• For international orders or orders not eligible for free return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.

Refund Issuance:

• Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying that they meet our refund criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
• If a gift card was used for the order, the refund will be provided as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.

Refund Timeframe:
