Eligibility for Refunds:
We offer refunds for items that meet the following criteria:
- The item(s) must be returned within 30 days from the date of order receipt.
- The item(s) must be unworn, with the original label still attached, and in its original purchase condition.
- Items purchased as a set or received as a free gift with purchase must be returned as a complete set.
- Item(s) marked as *final sale are only eligible for store credit or exchanges, unless the item(s) received are faulty.
To initiate a refund request, please follow these steps:
- Contact our Customer Service team via email at email@example.com to request a Return Authorization Number (RA).
- Once your request is reviewed and approved, you will receive an email containing your RA number and detailed instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- For orders shipped within Australia, we offer free return shipping. Simply use the provided return label and drop off the package at your nearest postal service.
- For international orders or orders not eligible for free return shipping, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the customer.
- Upon receiving the returned item(s) and verifying that they meet our refund criteria, we will process your refund. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during purchase.
- If a gift card was used for the order, the refund will be provided as store credit, valid for 12 months from the date the return is received.
- Please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to be processed and reflect in your account. The exact timeframe may vary depending on your payment provider's policies.
Please note that certain items are non-refundable, including but not limited to:
- Gift cards
- Items returned beyond the 30-day window
- Damaged, soiled, or altered items
Exchanges and Store Credit:
- If you prefer an exchange for a different size or product, kindly indicate your preference when requesting the RA number. Exchanges are subject to product availability at the time of receipt of the return order.
- Alternatively, for eligible items, we offer store credit as an option instead of a refund.
- CLOTHING reserves the right to refuse refunds for items that do not meet the stated refund eligibility criteria.
- We recommend retaining proof of postage for returned items as we cannot be held responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
